Vitality Hub is a groundbreaking digital platform transforming workplace health and wellbeing programs. It serves as a centralised home base for employees, offering all their health & wellbeing benefits in one place. The platform personalises each user’s experience by tailoring it to their specific health risks & preferences. By using gamification, Vitality Hub makes engaging with health & wellbeing fun and interactive, helping employees build healthy habits that stick through social connections & reward.
The Problems to Solve

​​COVID-19 changed the way we work. Remote work brought flexibility but also led to isolation, burnout, and higher turnover. During the "Great Resignation," many employees questioned if their company was right for them. To keep and attract top talent, companies needed better ways to connect, engage, and support their employees’ health, no matter where they were.
My Role
I was the Product Manager at Vitality Works, leading the end-to-end process from product ideation to launch.

Performed FGD with both Employers & Employees, and Survey n=205 employers, 203 employees to understand organisational pain points and drivers for HWB programs.

Adding Gamification & Loyalty Program
Meaningful health outcomes require sustained engagement, and that engagement is a continuum- and holistic, not a set of disconnected interactions. Vitality Hub incorporates deep personalisation, predictive analytics, habit formation, gamification, and social connectivity, which build trust and engagement with the users when they sign up. These functionalities make healthy habits stick and encourage positive behavioural change.
